Mystic Chorale Artistic Director Nick Page has received the prestigious Hallel V’Zimrah Award for 2020 from the Zamir Choral Foundation

Although we often think of Nick as ours, in truth he is revered far and wide – throughout the US and abroad – as an accomplished composer, conductor, author and song leader.

Long attracted to Jewish music, for over twenty years Nick has been leading songs at the North American Jewish Choral Festival. The Hallel V’Zimrah Award – given in the past to such greats as Theodore Bikel and Elie Wiesel – recognizes Nick’s important contribution to the world of Jewish music.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Nick was not able to receive the award in person this year.  The Zamir Foundation will officially present Nick with the Hallel V’Zimrah Award at their annual Gala in July 2021.
