Each year the board holds a retreat to plan the coming year; this year we’re opening it up to other members. You are invited to join the first ever Mystic Chorale Plenary!

The Mystic Board of directors and our administrator, Linda Shoemaker, will be joined by members from all Mystic Committees for a history-making event as we envision, plan, and share ideas for Mystic’s coming year and beyond. Bring an idea to share or just come to hear others’. We’ll discuss them, select the ones we want to implement, and then you can join a team to make your favorite one happen. The idea for this Plenary came from a member who worked to make it happen.

If you have a specific idea you would like to present, send an email explaining your idea to secretary@mysticchorale.org. The board will review and select a few ideas for time on the agenda.

Meeting will be facilitated by Kathy Eckles, who has facilitated many previous Mystic Board retreats.

Morning and afternoon snacks provided, as well as coffee, tea, and water. Bring a lunch; refrigerator and microwave available.

The other entrance has property and historical info markers and is closest to Concord Rd. If anyone is coming from points west, they will come to that entrance first.

Once on the property, look for the Carriage Barn which faces Codman Rd. Carriage Barn is diagonally across from the Codman mansion / museum. Please do not go behind the mansion. There may be a large white event tent set up in front of the Carriage Barn which makes a highly visible marker.
