About Mystic Gospel 2022:

Mystic Chorale invites all who love to sing gospel to join us this winter as we reunite LIVE for a program of joyful and spirit-filled music.   Led by award-winning director and composer, Jonathan Singleton,  MYSTIC CHORALE: Gospel Roots will focus on traditional gospel and “roots” gospel music. This season’s guest vocalist will be Ray Greene, lead singer for Tower of Power and Santana. His powerful and soulful vocals will join with the chorale on gospel classics such as How I Got Over and A Change is Gonna Come.

Two Singing Options: In-person or Livestream

  • If you wish to gather for weekly rehearsals and sing in the concerts, sign up for the In-person option.
For the health and safety of all, in-person singers who are feeling unwell should attend via livestream.  We ask that singers attend at least 6 rehearsals IN PERSON to sing in the concert.
  • If you do not wish to gather in person, you can join from home via Livestream.
Each week, we will send you a YouTube Live link (this is not an interactive Zoom meeting).  You will “be there” with us, learn all the music, and hear the singers in the room.  If you can’t watch live, you can watch the video later.  Please note:  Livestream singers may not sing in the concerts, but your signup fee will include a free ticket to livestream the concert.

Health & Safety

Mystic’s #1 priority is the health and safety of all. We are paying close attention to the latest guidance from the CDC and other sources regarding the spread of the virus and its variants and recommended safety precautions for singing.   All singers, musicians, soloists, volunteers, and audience members will be required to show proof of full vaccination and wear masks. Singers will be seated at a safe distance from one another.   As the season progresses, we will continue to follow CDC and State guidelines and the latest advice from choral singing experts regarding health protocols.

Join us and experience the deep satisfaction of singing live AND singing safe!
