I fell in love with Mystic at my first rehearsal in the fall of 2010. The music was wonderful and everyone I met was so welcoming. I was hooked! I’m almost retired after 30 years as an educational advocate for kids with disabilities. Now that I have spare time, I’m excited about pursuing volunteer activities, beginning with joining the Mystic Board. I’ve gotten so much joy from being a part of the Mystic community, and now I can roll up my sleeves and give back. Outside of Mystic, I’m digging into educational activities related to children and climate change and gun safety. Other loves: gardening, cooking, reading, and spending as much time as possible in nature with my pup.
